My Inyokern Community Site
Members of the Inyokern Chamber of Commerce had this large rock placed at the site of the Inyokern train depot. This large rock became the foundation for a plaque commemorating Inyokern's 100th birthday! Way to go Chamber!
Details of the Siding 16 monument plaque.
Gary Bakken was caught volunteering again just after he and Ray Petitt put the finishing touches on the chain surrounding the Siding 16 Centennial Monument. Siding 16 is located on the corner of Brown Road (old Hwy 395) and Inyokern Road.
It's the smiles that make Inyokern the Sunshine Capital of America!
