Inyokern business of the month January 2010

The Business of the Month recognizes an Inyokern business that does what Inyokern does best- make a traveler feel at home. Scott's Automotive received the following endorsement from a very satisfied customer:

My boyfriend and I were recently stranded in Inyokern/Ridgecrest. Our Subaru died in Death Valley and thankfully my AAA afforded us a tow to the nearest service station which happened to be Scott's Automotive in Inyokern. From the beginning, Scott was amazing! He helped us get safely to a motel and was willing to work through the Holiday weekend if he could find the parts for our car. Scott was very communicative throughout the whole process and informed us of every decision he needed to make before working on our car.

The diagnosis was a timing belt system failure which would take at least three days for Scott to receive the parts we needed to get back on the road.

Scott went out of his way to help us in this very stressful situation. We appreciate everything he did for us and would recommend his services to anyone in need of vehicle repair. It is our strong opinion that Scott's Automotive should be added to the Inyokern Chamber of Commerce best business list or website, as we have never encountered a better mechanic to work with.
