Moonshadows offers unique hippie and bohemian clothing.  They also carry incense, jewelry, tapestries, candles, purses and hundreds of gift items.  Moonshadows is located at 6512 Inyokern Road in Inyokern, next to Lancaster Auto Consignment.  Hours are Thursday-Sunday, 10am - 5pm.  Phone (760) 377-4600 or 217-7730.
Moonshadows occupies the building that once housed the Inyokern Inn.  Owners Donna and John Daley have spent a lot of time sprucing up the historic building on Inyokern's main street.  The original counter and old fashioned cooler doors are a part of the original decor.
Deborah Vanderpool of Red Mountain stopped by to check out some of the groovy threads at Moonshadows.
This fun shop has plenty of colorful accessories and decorating items.

Moonshadows also has a number of unusual wind chimes and charms.
Moonshadows also has a good selection of decorative hand mirrors and accessory boxes.  You don't need to wait for a full moon to visit moonshadows.  Stop in any week of the month and say hi to Donna and John.
"Find the man in the moon who plays a tune with the stars as the breeze blows."  was the where in My Inyokern contest question for August 2009.  The contest was won by Nicki Johnson of Ridgecrest, CA.
Owners Donna and John Daley are strong supporters of Inyokern activities and events.
