The Inyokern Rotary Club sponsored a fun and exciting essay contest at Inyokern Elementary School. The prompt for the contest was "What I like about my town" and now we all have the pleasure of reading their stories and gaining some insight into what our children think. Each winner received $25 for their efforts and an invitation to dine with the Inyokern Rotary Club and read their essay. With adjectives like beautiful, wonderful, peaceful, polite, friendly, cozy, warm and fuzzy I think our kids really like Inyokern.
